Signing up is free: your profile, browsing and likes cost nothing. Full membership, which opens up messaging your matches, is £40.00 a month and you can cancel any time.
Why charge at all?
A monthly price keeps the site small, local and free of adverts. People paying £40 a month are here to meet someone, which is why replies land better than on a free app.
Which areas do you cover?
Essex, Dagenham, Hemel Hempstead and Watford, plus the towns and villages around them. If you are just outside, pick Elsewhere nearby when you sign up.
Who is it for?
Single men and women aged 18 to 60, whether you are after something serious, something easy going, or simply better company on a Saturday.
Do I have to upload a photo?
No, though profiles with a photo get many more replies. You can add or remove yours whenever you like from your profile page.
Can people message me out of the blue?
No. Messages only open once you have both liked each other, so your inbox stays yours.
How do I cancel?
From your membership page, in two clicks. Your profile stays live on the free account, so nothing is lost and you can come back any time.
How do I report someone?
Every profile has a Report link. It goes straight to the team, who can hide a profile from the site while it is looked at.
